Complaint reporting

In case of experiencing an issue with our products, we encourage you to use the following complaint procedure. Please follow the steps listed sequentially in order to submit your complaint correctly:

Step 1: Check the Terms and Conditions of the Warranty

Make sure that the problem encountered is covered by our product warranty.* Detailed warranty information can be found in the manual supplied with the product or downloaded from our website for the specific product.

Step 2: Fill in the Complaint Form

Please complete the claim form available below. Make sure you have provided all essential information regarding your complaint:

  • serial number,
  • date of purchase,
  • description of the problem.

Step 3: Submitting the Complaint Form

Once you have filled in the application form, please send it together with photo and/or video documentation to the following email address: service@heatq.com

Step 4: Awaiting a response

After receiving your claim, our Complaints Team will carefully analyse the situation and work towards finding a satisfactory solution as soon as possible. We will endeavour to respond to your complaint within 14 days.

 

*If you encounter a problem that is not covered by the terms of the warranty, there is a paid repair service offered by our service department. To find out more please send a message with a description to: service@heatq.com
